Policy

A £20 booking fee is required to secure all appointments 

For lash appointments, a £10 booking fee is required

Until a booking fee is received, no appointment is confirmed 

All booking fees are non-refundable, but deducted from the final treatment price upon completion.

48hrs is required for cancellation's and booking fee will be transferred to next available appointment.

If cancellations fall after the 48hr window, all fees will be lost and non-transferrable
